My name is Jingwei Liao. I am currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Information Sciences and Technology at George Mason University, under the supervision of Dr. Zhisheng Yan. My research focuses on designing efficient systems for image and video transmission and analysis, leveraging machine learning techniques.

Previously, I received my Master’s degree in Computer Technology from Sichuan University, under the supervision of Dr. Yanli Liu.
